Terms of Use

By installing and using the Vse Dobre app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the app.

1. Service description

Vse Dobre is an app for quickly letting your family know you're safe. It lets you send a safety status, view your contacts' statuses, send an SOS signal with your location, exchange short private messages ("Private") and statuses with mutually confirmed contacts, and call or message contacts directly through your device's default apps.

Important safety notice Vse Dobre is not a substitute for official emergency services. If your life is in real danger, call the official emergency numbers (101, 102, 103, 112). The app doesn't guarantee notification delivery, since it depends on your internet connection, our servers, and your device settings. An SOS signal is sent to your contacts, not automatically to rescue services. The SMS fallback (used when there's no internet) depends on your mobile carrier's coverage and requires your confirmation before sending.

Air-raid alert data comes from third-party data providers. We do our best to keep it accurate and current, but we don't guarantee its completeness or timeliness — don't rely on the app alone for your personal safety.

2. Registration and account

To use the app, you need to create an account via email, phone number, or Google
You must provide accurate information
You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure
You must be at least 16 years old

3. Rules of use

By using the app, you agree not to:

Use it for false alarms or abuse of the SOS signal
Add people as contacts without their consent — a connection requires mutual confirmation
Use private messages ("Private") for spam, threats, harassment, or any other abuse
Attempt to access other people's data
Use the app for unlawful purposes, stalking, or surveillance
Disrespect other users' privacy
Send passwords, payment card data, or other extremely sensitive information through "Private" (private messages aren't end-to-end encrypted — see the Privacy Policy for details)

4. Privacy

Processing of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to it.

5. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is," without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation
The developer isn't liable for harm resulting from missed or delayed notifications (including SMS fallback), service unavailability, inaccurate location data or third-party alert data, or other users' actions
To the extent permitted by law, the developer isn't liable for indirect damages related to using the app, including damages from the loss or disclosure of private message content

6. Free use, donations, and support

Core features are free
You can voluntarily support the project with a one-time contribution through the available in-app options, or set up voluntary monthly support via Stripe
Donations and monthly support are voluntary and non-refundable, except as required by law or Stripe's own policy
If you've set up monthly support, you can choose how you appear on the public supporters list (anonymously, under your real name, or a nickname), or cancel anytime

7. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. We'll notify you in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you agree to it.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated. You can delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account.
